Orgány zmluvných strán určené na vydávanie osvedčenia („Apostille“) podľa článku 6 dohovoru sú uvedené spôsobom, akým ich depozitárovi dohovoru oznámili zmluvné strany. Názvy sú v úradnom jazyku zmluvnej strany, ak boli v tomto jazyku oznámené depozitárovi dohovoru. Inak sú názvy orgánov uvedené v slovenskom preklade z jazyka, v ktorom boli oznámené depozitárovi.

3. S účinnosťou od 22. novembra 1994  boli určené orgány príslušné pre nové spolkové  krajiny Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt a Thüringen takto:

• a) pre listiny vydané orgánmi      „Ministerium für Justiz“ justičnej správy, riadnymi      „Präsident des Landgerichts“ súdmi (civilnými a trestnými)   „Präsident des Bezirksgerichts“ a notármi
• b) pre listiny všetkých správnych  „Ministerium für Inneres“ orgánov (okrem justičnej správy) „Regierungspräsident“ „Bezirksregierung“ a „das Landesverwaltungsamt“ (v Durínsku)
• c) pre listiny iných súdov než      „Ministerium für Inneres“ uvedených pod písmenom a)        „Regierungspräsident“ „Bezirksregierung“ „Ministerium für Justiz“ „Präsident des Landgerichts“ „Präsident des Bezirksgerichts“

4. S účinnosťou  od  2. augusta  2004  boli  v  spolkovej  krajine Bádensko-Württembersko určené apostilné orgány takto:

• a) Ministerstvo   spravodlivosti   Bádenska-Württemberska   pre listiny vydané týmto  ministerstvom, vyšším krajinským súdom („Oberlandsgericht“) a prokuratúrou pri „Oberlandsgericht“,
• b) predsedovia krajinských súdov („Präsident des Landsgericht“) pre  listiny vydané  v ich  pôsobnosti inými  riadnymi súdmi (civilnými a  trestnými) a prokuratúrami,  inými orgánmi, na ktoré boli  prenesené úlohy súdu, notármi  a pre iné listiny vydané justičnou správou,
• c) prezident      správnej     oblasti      („Präsident     des Verwaltungsbezirks“) Tübingen pre listiny vydané krajinskými ministerstvami s výnimkou ministerstva spravodlivosti,
• d) oblastné vlády („Bezirksregierung“) pre listiny vydané v ich obvode  ostatnými orgánmi  štátnej správy  a všetkými  súdmi okrem riadnych súdov.
• Písmeno  c) znamená  zmenu vo  vzťahu k  doteraz uplatňovanému postupu, keď ministerstvo vnútra bolo označené ako orgán oprávnený na vydanie osvedčenia.
